By downloading or using Mie, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Mie

Mie is a menstrual cycle tracking app designed to help you understand your body and share relevant information with a trusted partner. Mie is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Mie is a wellness and education tool. The AI Coach, cycle predictions, and all content within the app are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice based on anything you read or experience in this app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Mie. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Mie offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock unlimited AI Coach conversations and advanced features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings or via Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Your Data

You own your health data. We do not claim any rights over the information you log in Mie. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is stored and protected.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and ensuring that anyone who uses your device with Mie is authorized to do so.

6. Partner Sync

The Partner Sync feature allows you to share a limited, permission-controlled snapshot of your cycle data with one trusted person. You are responsible for choosing who you pair with. You can disconnect a partner at any time from the Sync screen. Mie cannot be held responsible for how a partner uses the information you choose to share with them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Mie for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Abuse the AI Coach feature or attempt to use it to generate harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription checks or access premium features without paying.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cycle predictions are estimates based on historical data and are not guaranteed to be accurate. We make no guarantees about the availability or accuracy of the app or its features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mie and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on cycle predictions for contraceptive purposes.

Mie is not a contraceptive tool and should not be used as one.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
